While the 512Kbps plan<\/a> in BSNL Costs 1350Rs + Taxes, MTNL is offering the same plan at 599Rs with the speed being the lowest plan. This clearly shows that MTNL is heading towards offering Broadband connectivity at the lowest rates possible and now Indians can available 1MBPS speed connections at 999Rs along with unlimited downloads.
