Apple has always been recommending the users to run the Laptop at a temperature which is not very Hot nor very Cold, and which is somewhere in between the range of 50\u00b0 to 95\u00b0F while in usage and when you are Storing your MacBook it should be -13\u00b0 to 113\u00b0F levels. Hence you need to implement different ways to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amitbhawani.com\/blog\/ways-cool-down-laptop\/\">cool down Laptop<\/a>. As a part of regular maintainence, you shouldn&#8217;t always keep the Laptop plugged into the power adapter, because the electrons within the battery should be moved occasionally. Though Apple claims that users can easily run the MacBook and keep it charging till it attains upto 750 cycles but the warranty is limited upto 300 cycles only. Most users have a habit of Plugging in their Laptops and using it as a Desktop, and unplugging only when they move around places, giving the battery more pressure and no discharges or charging being done, while some have a habit of overdoing this. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Tips for Charging &#038; Discharge Cycles :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laptops are not Desktop Computers to be always kept plugged, hence you need to keep them as a portable device and make sure that its regularly charged and also used on the battery backup.<\/li>\n<li>Discharge Cycles are very Important for your Laptop&#8217;s Battery Life, hence try to avoid the charging option if the battery life is above 30%. Whenever the battery drains below 50% levels or is charged to 50%+ level, its counted as a cycle we need to make sure that these are also limited but not to 30-50 cycles a year.
