Yahoo Messenger 10 is out with a huge number of new features which includes Enhanced video calling & Improved language support. Normally when you visit the Yahoo Messenger website, you will get a download link which will allow you to download the messenger software to your computer. It comes in the form of a .exe installation file with different versions available for PC, Mac, Web, Mobile, iPhone.
The installation file would be of just around 400kb following which the software while being installed will download the other installation files to your computer and then run them.
