Airtel digital TV is one of the worst DTH services in the country. Their management simply considers their customers to be big fools for instance try calling their customer care on the toll free number provided every time it will say please wait connecting to a customer care executive the phone line would simply disconnect moreover if you try and recharge your a/c using this number you will end up wasting your hard earned money as even after recharging it will tell your balance to be nil. Even if you somehow are able to connect to one of their so called “customer care executive” all they will do is after putting your call on a 10 minute hold is give you a complaint no. Without actually ever trying to revert back. Even if you try and e-mailing the higher ups in airtel digital they will simply also never revert back because they simply consider their customers to be big time fools.

Airtel DTH really sucks, I have purchased ULTRA pack for 1 year. Now when they have introduced new channel in ULTRA pack, I have to pay additional cost for that. My Customer ID is 3003573077. My connection is not working from last 12 days. We have registered our 1st complaint on June 10, 2010, they have told our representative will come within 24 Hours and he’ll solve the problem but till June 19, 2010 nobody was came. After that we call them again then they have told us that your complaint is closed now kindly register a new complaint, We have register a new complaint on June 19, 2010 after that till today June 22,2010 nobody has came. Today we have called again for reminder then they told us kindly hold for a second and that second becomes almost 20 minutes, it is really shame full. If some body realise after reading this message, if after sale service is that much poor then one day you have to close this service. If Nobody will come to our place by tomorrow June 23, 2010 we will through this dish out of our place.

I am from Delhi. I am a vodafone user as well as using airtel connection. I had activated 249 plan on my airtel connection as per described according to my requirements. They told me that I would get some free calls as well as the call rates are also cheaper. But don’t know was that just to attract customers or what??? I just filed my complaint to the but is not any hearing there So I just moved for http://consumercourt.net/forum.php where I again filed my complaint about the very much charged bill amount. Hope to get some help from them ASAP.

Misbehave (gaali) is bad for a social person, I understand that the DTH service providers are cheater because I am also a consumer and tempered by airtel dth service & pricing. Without our confirmation they add some unwanted channels & increase the monthly rent. They knows that indian court is lazy & favourable to money makers (THEM). Sometime the complainer passed away but the decesion of court is still pending. The consumer court is also one of them I had put a case on my customer due to defaulter of cheque for Rs. 21000.00 and paid the fees in cash to advocate Rs. 6000.00 + some expenses in the year 2011, but still the court has not issued the warrant as the defaulter never honour the court notice and and not attend the court on call.
