Starting the list at number three is the Pantech Duo Matrix. The Matrix is only available through the AT&T network. This dual slider phone had a touchscreen, as well as a sliding number pad and full QWERTY keyboard. It has a flash, and media player build in, along with bluetooth capabilities, and a 3 megapixel camera.
