First of all clean your LCD Screen thoroughly following which you need to set your monitor to the maximum resolution it offers using the Display Properties option. Next run Dead Pixel Tester which will show you a full screen of a random color along with a settings box in the middle where you can configure the settings. Every time you select some new colour, you need to drag the tester box over your screen slowly and see if you find any blank dots which when colour changes, still remain blank confirming that they are dead.
