I have lost my adsense check, is there anyway to get my money back and make sure someone else does not encash it?
In countries like India where there are postal problems this can be a general problem and there is a very simple solution for this. Instead of searching out everywhere for the solution or increasing your stress by making a guess that you have lost the hard earn pay per click money you need to login to your adsense account and request for a re-isue for the check, where in the adsense team will first stop the check in order to make sure that no one can encash it and then refund the funds into your account. These funds would be added to your next months payments and you can expect a bigger check in the next payment.
When can I request a reissue of my check?
Standard delivery: The 25th of the month following month of issue. For example, if your check was issued on January 27th, you can request a reissue after February 25th.
Secured Express Delivery: The 5th of the month following month of issue. However, we recommend that you first use the tracking number located on your Payment History page to determine the status of your payment.
If your payments are made via Secured 25$ Delivery then you need to login to your adsense account’s payment details page and check out for the DHL Courier’s Tracking Number because in India generally DHL is the courier agency which makes google adsense payments. Access the DHL India Website , Click on the Track your shipment box and enter your tracking number to find the current status of your check.
If you want to cancel your current lost check and want to get the funds added back to your account, send in a adsense Request check issue with your Name, Email Address, Check Number, Amount, Issue Date with Subject: Requesting reissue of a check , once you fill in these details and submit the request form you can expect a reply from adsense team within a couple business days. Make sure you check out adsense resource section for more information.
Timely post mate, just lost 2 checks thanks to wonderful Indian Postal department. I have canceled both now.
That says you are going to expect a 3 check payment this month , why not subscribe for the 25$ secured check payment option? Its real cheap when compared to the funds.

We can request for refund after 25th of the following month but generally what it happens is out check is cleared before 25th of following month if in case any one is trying it thief it. So can anything be done after the check is cleared.

I thought the check was lost and applied for reissue
its 29th yesterday.
But i got the check today 30th
what should i do now ?
@Vasu, It may take time for those guys to reissue the check, because they will verify it with the banks and then add the money back to your account. Which means that you have got the time to get this check cleared which can be done within 2days. Deposit it right away.
Also email back to the adsense support email which confirmed that your check would be reissued with this new update saying that you have recieved it finally.
for me no problems yet, getting on time.
