If you are looking for the most economical and affordable laptops, does not mean that u have to compromise with other features, aspects and overall quality. This is very essential for nowadays world because we living in a limited resource world. So we must look for maximum utilization of that limited resource available to us.

Significance
Purchasing an affordable laptop does not mean that u have to buy any ordinary computing system, but it means that u don’t have to spend lots of money for a good laptop. There are laptops currently available in the market with high processing speeds at real affordable prices. The major benefit of them is that u don’t have to spend thousands of dollars and u get the required features on ur personal laptop.

Types of affordable laptops
The cost of laptop depends on three main features: processors speed, hard drive space and portability. Like the AMD Mobile Athlon XP-M processor is cheaper but gives comparatively good speed for general laptop works. Another cost effective processor is the Intel Celeron processor. With 2.4GHz of power it is very cheap compared to other contemporary processors and also it gives decent speed. The hard drives of laptops have a determining factor on the final price. Generally laptops use 4200rpm hard drives.For affordable laptops a decent hard disk storage place of 60-80GB is sufficient. As per the portability issue is concerned a 15” screen laptop will come under the real affordable range.

Time of purchase
Also laptops of high price come at cheaper costs at special discount seasons. You must keep ur eyes open for any such holiday sales where prices will be drastically reduced of very costly laptops.

Features
Well the basic features of the laptop depends on the customer. If you are buying it for school purpose or work purpose a minimal amount of hard disk will be sufficient with a decent processing speed such as Celeron Processor will be fine for the purpose. A 60GB hard disk, a standard audio video card and a 12 to 14” screen will be very affordable saving lot of money.

Prevalent Misconceptions
Some of the misconceptions very much prevalent in our society is that affordable laptops are slow, unreliable or simply wastage of resources. This may be true 4-5 years ago but now electronics technology has advanced a lot reducing drastically the hardware costs.

    hi,
    i want to buy a laptop n hav a budget of upto 55000Rs .
    Min. reqirements – 3 or 4 gb ram,320 gb HDD, 1366X768 min. resol.,
    sleek & <= 2.5Kg, a really good graphics card.
    i crntly hav preferences for hp dv6 and dell studio 15.
    which 1 would b better? Can u suggest ne other??????
    Is crnt HP offer of LCD tv really good???????
