Change Reliance Postpaid to Prepaid Data Card plan

With the Recent Reliance NetConnect Price Drop everyone is getting a Wireless internet connection. Reliance Net Connect offers two types of plans ie PrePaid and PostPaid under which there are multiple plans based on time and data usage. If you have subscribed to a postpaid plan and are looking for changing this plan to a prepaid plan you need to visit a Web World located near by you and send in a application for Plan Migration. You need to pay in the current dues and then pre-pay for the plan you are looking to signup under the prepaid plans.

Reliance Customer service generally sucks because of delay in processing any requests and you can find the problems posted all over the web, anyway back to the topic if you have a reliance data card you just need to take the 10 digit data card number and request the authorities at web world to change your plan.

Reliance is offering a limited time offer where in if you prepay for 12 months under 650Rs monthly unlimited plan with 1Gb data usage limit or if you opt in for swift 40 plan which costs 400Rs/month for 2 years with 20 hrs. day, 20 hrs. night access, this offer is similar to the offer from tata indicom plug 2 surf. If you are not looking for these free data card offers because of 1/2 years subscription packages you can always buy the data cards directly.

      just clear your bills, when your bill generate give your request to reliance outlet with your identity proof and passport photo it takes about 7 days for conversion .

    I am one of ur postpaid subscribers. since I am out of the country and no one is at home to use the internet service this plan makes me inconvenient and also I feel it is expensive.I got my connection last year now I wan to change it to prepaid . Pls let me the term and conditions and also the proceducer to get the connection changed.

  16. I just got my postpaid connection converted to prepaid. I noticed that the connecteion gets disconnected every 2 mins or so. This was not true when I had the postpaid connection. Is this a general problem with prepaid or shall i consider it an exception.Is the service for postpaid and prepaid different in terms of speed and connection?

  25. hi sir, this is manoj i am using hi-speed 1x since 5 months prepaid connection i want to change it to post paid concetion i am living in a villaga bantumilli krishna district,andhrapradesh here there is no relaince web world remaining web worlds of vijayawada and bhimavaram relaince webworld empolyes are askind the address proofs in that region but i dont have address proof in that region so plz give a solution to my question and my request sir
