One single feature because of which we use Google Docs is the Auto saving and option to access all the documents & presentations from anywhere all around the world and on most devices by just logging into the Google account. Now here is one addictive tool called as the NoteSync which allows you to automatically synchronize all the notes you have created.
Its a very lightweight application powered by the Adobe Air program which can be downloaded from the official website and clicking on the ‘Install Button’. Next you will be asked to click on the open button to start the installation process.
Once the installation is completed, you will be asked to enter you Google Account Logins, to get started because all the data is stored into your Google account. Once you enter the logins, they are authenticated and you will be next given access to a 2 frames application which looks simple and quite useful. The top section displays you all the previously saved notes titles, while the bottom one allows you to enter the text notes. You can also paste from any other application and this is saved in pure text format with the same synced in the same format in Google Docs.
Currently this application is in Beta version and available for free, while once its launched it would be costing you 4.99$, hence this seems to be the right time to get a copy. You can use this application as a better replacement for notepad because its simple, has better looks, saves all the content to your docs which is easy to share and also store. Its currently available for the Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. While for the phones, you can install the iPhone Application and the same as a iPad app with FullForce
Other features include : Search for already saved notes using the search box, secured transmission of your notes to the Google Documents folder. Keyboard shortcuts to save your time applicable for all the operating systems. Local copies stored in encrypted format for better security. Sync with your Android with the Notesync Android.
