Download Website Content and Browse them Offline with HTTrack

You want to browse websites for free without any internet connection? If you look into this, the direct answer is no, there is no such online tool or facility which allows you to browse website for free. However I have found one such utility which will download the entire webpage and save it for offline browsing so that whenever you don’t have internet connection you can access it in browser just like you visit the normal website.

HTTrack is a free software which can easily download the entire full website at once. HTTrack downloads the copy of content present on the web to a local directory. It downloads all the directories, html pages, images and other files from the remote server of the site to your computer.

HTTrack has the following options of downloading a web content

• – Download complete website
  Will download the desired website with default options
• – Download website + question
  This will download the desired website with default options and will pop up some question to you asking whether you to want… which has yes/no answer.
• – Get individual files
  This will download on the desired files that you specify like html files, zip files, videos or text files.
• – Update existing download
  With this option you can update the existing download. This will recheck for the download files and update which ever files which require updates.
