Microsoft has offered a direct download CD Image File for the latest Service Pack 3 for Windowx XP operating system which is originally going to be stopped in production from June 30. Even though Microsoft Chief Steve Ballmer reported that they may consider continuing with Windows XP after June 30, the decision is now final and computer makers would now have to offer Windows Vista with their new computer sales. This seems to be the final Windows XP Service pack.

whats new in SP3 ?
please send software soon for me
I have been reading some blogs concerning sp3, service pack 3, and have a question or 2. 1, why should the common evryday pc user, who btw is prolly a lot like me, turn on the computer and go, have to go to diferent websights and blogs to find out that there may be a certain way to install something from windows. I would think that a service pack would have these built in and pop up flags for the installer. as it is now i have a computer that is in a dificult area concerning drivers that was never an issue before this sp3. there are document pages that will not open i get emails that have attachments that 50% of the time i cannot open, i find this all very frustrating. i have asked questions about getting rid of sp3, was told i would have to do a restore and start over, but it would be better to format my hard drive and do it that way. I have noticed on the windows web page they say nothing about it either. The average cosumer does not look for special instuctions on down loads from a corperation the size of microsoft, nor should we. I know this is rambling, but still my point is made. microsoft has made a major screw-up and my personal computer and my bussiness computer are now suffering because of this. PS. oh look windows 7 has just been put on sale…..how conveniant. thats my peice…good day all.
