Hi, I downloaded dtunes and I had movies saved there, but awhile ago I downloaded a software that would help me keep track of the movie my children see, but as I did so all of my movie files were lost and now I have files that I’m not able to view taking a mass amount of memory from my iPod touch. I need help, I was going to reset my iPod touch to factory format, but I currently have important info on it and I don’t want to delet it as well:( please help:)
