Whenever you sell your items on ebay, you get a few days time limit before which you will have to ship the item to the buyer and enter the shipping details which would be given to the buyer in order to track the shipment. In this article we will show you how you can Print the shipping documents which would be sent along with the shipment package and also can be used on the package to or from location details.
In order to get started you will have to login to your eBay account first and then click on the My eBay link on the top right side of your screen. Next under the left side of your user account section you will find different links. Under the Activity > Sell > Sold you will find all the orders which are sold currently and all of which you need to ship.
Click on the ‘Sold’ link and all the items which are listed would be shown on the right side panel. Here in you will get all the details of the sale and a few options under the drop down menu – Leave Feedback, View order details, Contact buyer, Sell similar, Add note & Add to list. Next you will be redirected to the page which shows the Seller transaction details for PaisaPay ID. Here in all the details of the transaction are listed along with Item Title, Shipping method, Quantity, Total and Current status. Below this there is a ‘Items pending action’ > ‘Pending shipping details’ > Print shipping documents.
Click on this and you will be asked to select the print documents :
- Label & Order statement
- Declaration letter
Click on the Preview button and you will be shown with the a complete preview along with a button to ‘Print’. Click on the Print and these would be printed through your printer. We usually use the Print to PDF option to first ensure that the final print outs are correct and then proceed to printing to the printer.
