When you are using shared computers then you must be very secure in keeping your data private. The important thing you must care is take care of your login ID and passwords, which site your browse. The notable point is that all the present day browsers are capable of storing your information like your login id with password, browsing history, your personal preferences and lot more that you can imagine.
When you are in personal computer then things are ok but when you are on shared computer then make sure that you delete your browser history and preferences before you leave. By following these instructions you will be able to delete browser history of Internet Explorer.
- 1. Click Start from your computer.
- 2. Go to Settings.
- 3. Click on Control Panel and open Internet Options.
- 4. By default it will open General tab and click on Delete.
- 5. Now select which ever you want to delete including from internet files, cookies, history, form data and passwords and delete which you wanted to. Once you have done that the select files will automatically get deleted and any user on your computer can’t find what you have browsed.

Mozilla Firefox now has Private Browsing option by which you can browse privately but this option is not available in Internet Explorer 8.
