If you are not ready to shelling out 699$ for a small image or photo editing work, its better to look for those online tools which can help you in getting your work done easily and without your need to invest money. Check out pixlr , which is surprisingly a real good online image editor which offers you a similar look of the Adobe Photoshop interface but gives you almost similar features too.
There is no need to download any software or install any script when you are in a need to edit a image. Only problem is that you cannot save the images as a .PSD which you do while using Photoshop software and in this case you need to save it as Jpeg or PNG format which gives you the highest quality even when the images are compressed. You can import the images from your PC or directly enter the URL to get started after which the image is shown in a default image sized canvas.
You get a variety of filters which you can use while editing your images. Blur, Sharpen, Noise, Scanlines, Halftone, Pixleate, Water swirl,
Kaleidoscope, Old photo, Art poster, Emboss & Engrave. The tools panel available on the left and right side of the image canvas resemble photoshop completely with the image dimensions, layers properties, blur, magic wand tool, lasso tool, clone stamp tools offered.
