      1)
Am currently working on a thesis project looking into online collaborative processes and would LOVE to be able to include Google Wave in my research. Furthermore, and just as importantly, I am just really looking forward to trying Google Wave in general.

      2)
      Gmail

      3)
      Weekly

      4)
Maybe it could be a bit better organized, maybe with tags. Otherwise I find there’s a lot of cool info on here, so nice one 🙂

We are not here offering invitation to all, its something which can take some time but try to help everyone. 2. I’ve been using GMail for years, and Google Apps too, for my site.
    3. On a two-days-once basis
    4. Nothing regarding posts, they are great.. I would suggest using OpenX, so that there won’t be blank ad spaces on the right sidebar (SkyScraper). OpenX allows geotargeting so that BuzzLogic/International high CPM ads can be filtered out from Indian traffic, and could be replaced with TribalFusion or AdSense 🙂

    Hi,

I’d love a google wave invite, here’s my answers:

    1. Why Do you need a Google Wave Account?
I play in a band consisting of 8 members who all live quite a long way apart. Organising rehearsals and gigs with 7 other people is a NIGHTMARE. It takes so long to bounce messages forwards and backwards between each other, to ring them all one by one then to ring someone else to check something then call back the first… I swear, with Wave this would all be so easy.

I’m also a mega geek and I’m really keen to try out any new google technology.

    2. Which email Service Do you use Currently?
    Gmail! Love it : )

    3. Do you Visit this Blog Daily or Weekly?
I’ll be honest and admit that I’ve never heard of your blog., I came here from twitter. I promise that after leaving this comment I will check your blog out.

    4. Suggestions, Reviews or Complaints about this Blog?
I couldn’t really comment, but I must say that this post is an excellent idea! 😛

    Thanks very much : )

Its a potential game changer. I have been excited about it ever since I watched the Google I/O video (where it was first introduced).

    2. Which email Service Do you use Currently?

    Gmail and yahoo (secondary).

    3. Do you Visit this Blog Daily or Weekly?
Weekly. But I am a Rss subscriber.

    4. Suggestions, Reviews or Complaints about this Blog?
I only read the tech articles. So this feedback is related only to that.
I feel that some of the articles feel too basic. But that may be just me. I also see occasional news (rehashed from other places) without a real opinion.

1- Because I’m a technology freak, a Software Engineering student, and a Google fan. I was an early beta tester of Gmail and I’d like to help make the best of this new service which has me really excited. I’m willing to code, give feedback, help fix bugs, etc.

    2- Gmail.

    3- About once a month.

4- I’d like to see a tag system, and a darker design that’s easier on the eyes. Other than that, the content is great.

Here are my answers to your four questions.

1: I would love to use Wave for group chat with my blogging friends
    2: Gmail
3: Subscribed in Google feed reader.
4: I think you should offer more options for your readers to subscribe to this blog. You may put google, yahoo feed reader buttons in your sidebar. Being a blogger i know that subscribers are generally very lazy so they usually look for these buttons to make their subscribing easy, and if they don’t find it they ignore it sometimes.
One more thing is that i would love to see a archives button in your top navigation bar.

    1. Why Do you need a Google Wave Account?
I am a developer and I want to see if there is anything I can think of making for google wave. I also want to test the collaboration tools it has to hopefully one day use it with my team sharing ideas and code. I would also like to see how I can use it to collab with people in arts because I also do some photoshop work etc and its helpful to have a realtime tool to work on things together. As a result I can also provide feedback and hopefully google with fix things in a timely manner.

    2. Which email Service Do you use Currently?
    Gmail

    3. Do you Visit this Blog Daily or Weekly?
Usually weekly. I have it bookmarked. I usually do a wave of blog visits. I almost missed this one but I’ve been looking around for google wave so I’m checking more frequently for a little bit.

    4. Suggestions, Reviews or Complaints about this Blog?
I like the organization of it. Its clear and concise. I don’t really see much wrong with it. The only thing i could recommend is using lightbox for the photos.

Thank you very much for a chance to get an invite. Continue the great work with the blog in general and I’ll keep a lookout.

    1. Why Do you need a Google Wave Account?
To explore new possibilities of a possibly disruptive technological advance in social networking — learning the new platform and see its possibilities in integrating with the other SAAS offerings, mobile device, Chrome/Chrome OS/Android etc. will be interesting! Can they replace Facebook?

    2. Which email Service Do you use Currently?

Gmail as personal email, my company’s email uses IBM Lotus Notes, Hotmail and Yahoo when I have to sign up for some sites and am concerned about the spam I get in return.

    3. Do you Visit this Blog Daily or Weekly?

    Occasionally

    4. Suggestions, Reviews or Complaints about this Blog?

    Great tech content in general….
sometimes weird to see the blog entry out of left field like the gold market stuff. It’s better to specialize in one area to create an identity of the blog…

As a tech blog I hope the ads can be more targetted. IT products and Job sites but I am not sure if Netflix or teeth whitening fits in. Is it possible to source your ads more selectively?

    1. This program seems to have so much depth? to it. When I was watching the official video I just started imagining how much it could grow. I’m really interested in the whole project and it would be awesome if I could get my hands on it and start messing around with it. I really like the direction Google has been heading in for the past several years and am incredibly excited to see what this baby can do. An invite would be amazing, thanks!

    2. I use AOL for my emails.

    3. I’m not going to lie and/or try to suck up to you here. This is my first time on your blog. I just took a look at some of your other topics, though, and this definitely seems like the place to go for any technological advice or news I might need. I am a big fan of technology so I expect to be back here from time to time.

    4. As for as suggestions go I would only note that the page design itself seems a little bland. The white and gray theme could easily be improved upon, though its not a huge deal. Content is the main objective in any blog and I think you’re doing a good job there.

I would like to know when this contest ends, though. I was also wondering whether a Gmail account was necessary to use Google Wave. If anyone could enlighten me that would be great 🙂
