IloveIM Instant Messaging Service for AIM, MSN, Yahoo and GTalk

January 22, 2009 by Tony Stark

If you are searching for a way to connect to an instant messenger program without downloading any software, iloveim.com may be your ultimate solution. By using your regular username and password for your chosen service, you are able to connect to popular instant messenger services such as AIM, MSN, Yahoo and GTalk from Google. Just like the options you have most popular instant messaging services, you can still sign on invisible, add/remove contacts, join chat rooms, change your status and view your buddies in categories that you may have previously assigned them to through your normal messenger.

I Love ImYou can also use this service even if your computer has a strict firewall in place, if you are on a secured network or a proxy network. Your work, school or college may have these to block certain harmful applications and websites, causing it to sometimes block useful information and applications. Regardless of the connection or settings the computer you are using may have, you can easily access IloveIM due to it being completely browser based. This is also especially great if you need a quick access messaging service, but do not want to search for the application or wait for it to load on your PC.

Unlike a few of it’s competitors, you are unable to sign on to multiple services at once, or create a single account to access them at one time. However, signing on to one account at a time will allow quicker access to your buddy list, due to not having to load all of your contacts from every source all at once. Overall, this is a fast, easy way to access all of your buddy list from a quick loading application that can be accessed on any computer.

There is another alternative. You can also try Meebo- http://www.meebo.com/ , I don’t know which one is better because I never tried IloveIM.

Amit, First Kaspersky blocked iloveim.com and Said it’s a phishing website. But now it’s okay.

Aman, I also use Meebo. It’s fantastic.
