If you are fed up with the slow loading yahoo mail account and looking to transfer all your previously saved emails in your yahoo account to your new google gmail account. For this you need to first visit the account settings page where you will find a option – Import mail and contacts : Import from Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, or other webmail or POP3 accounts.
Step 1 : Next once you click on the option to Import, you will get a new window with a option to enter your other email address which you want to import.
Next you will be asked to enter the password of that specific email account to authenticate yourself.
Step 2 : The trueswitch technology would ask you to select a few options for the import.
Import contacts
Import mail
Import new mail for next 30 days
Add label to all imported mail
Once you enter these all your emails will be transferred. Thats it after this step all your emails would be imported with the following message. Your messages and contacts are being imported. It may take several hours (sometimes up to 2 days) before you start to see imported messages.

I have an email at yahoo but can’t sign in now. the address is kats815@yahoo.co.uk. complications started last week. i have even changed my password thinking it would improve but to no avail! help!
that’s where anyone can get with a yahoo account so this wasn’t that helpful because yahoo blocks pop access for free accounts.

hello , i m not getting the option …., i just created a gmail id ., and i got the mail from google team for importing mails from other e-mail accounts., but when i click on it ( import mails from other accounts) ., a new page is opening but gmail inbox., thats it .., i m not knowing whaat is the problem., pls help !!!!
