Snehal, ROI stands for Return on Investment. You need to always have a small idea when you will be getting back the Return on Investment along with the Break Even Point which is when the money you had investment will be in your hands and after which all the returns would be the net profits.

Yes can you always do that but in the Display URL you need to list a related website url. Example If you are promoting ebay.com affiliate links, register a domain name like ebaytips.com or something like this and keep this in the display location. Though some terms in adwords wont allow this but it has worked for me many a time so no harm in trying this out.
