Iam using a HP Deskjet Printer which needs has two cartridges in it out of which one is Black and other one is Colour one and when ever the cartridges are out of Ink i get a message on my computer saying ‘Low Ink’ while i try to take a print out of anything which is when i contact the Printer Store for new cartridges. They quoted me that the total cost for the OEM printer cartridges would be 32$ which is a very high cost because the Ink Jet Printer is giving me just around 200 pages and the overall average print cost per page is very high, are there are other alternatives?
First of all most of the times when the Printer Companies quote you that you need to buy a new Ink Cartridge you need to ask them the following five questions –
1. How many pages can i print using this Ink Cartridge
2. How much area on the paper can i use for Printing
3. What would my average print cost per page be
4. Can i refill my old cartridge
5. What is the right time to buy a new Cartridge
Note down all the answers given by the Printer Manufacturers like HP, Canon, Brother, Lexmark etc and then lets move towards the best alternative of this job which is using a Remanufactured Cartridge or Refilling your old Cartridge by a Professional Ink Refilling Company. Ask the Refilling Company the above 5 questions and then compare the answers and iam sure you will then go for Refilling a Cartridge rather than buying a new OEM one. Now lets discuss on what this refilling process is and what are its advantages.
Refilling is a process of filling ink into a empty cartridge processed by Professionals after thoroughly cleaning and then filling the ink under vaccum systems to make sure its perfectly done and this is almost the same way the Cartridge manufacturers would be filling ink. The best part is that most Ink Cartridges can be refilled around 5-20 times based on the model numbers and after which the components would get broken and cannot be used for printing. You can expect the same number of print outs while using a Refilled Cartridges when compared to OEM Cartridges and also it would be giving you the same quality of print outs because these companies would perfectly fill the right ink into your empty cartridges.
When the components like the chips, nozzles would get back the company would recommend you to buy a Remanufactured cartridges which are kind of clones of the OEM versions and would solve the same purpose , come with almost the same quality standards and perform the same job with the only twist that they would be costing you very less which is the most major factor for anyway in these days of recession. You need to consult the right refillers in order to get the job done because if its processed in the wrong way you can expect a broken printer head.
Here are some prices of the above asked cartridge :
Original OEM Cartridge – 32$
Remanufactured Cartridge – 21$
Refilled Cartridge – 11$
You can just compare the above listed prices, compare the answers to the questions given by the refillers and then decide whats the best option for your needs. Overall Refilling & Remanufactured are the best deals.

If you opt to buy a new one then it’s a good decision for you. On the other hand, if your short with your budget then refilling is the best option for you but it’s advisable that you go to an ink refill center and let the agent do the thing.

Bullshit for any permanence value of what you print; pro refillers’ ink runs (with weather or any hacking it up by hand, e.g. holding it with non-chilled hands or spending time on that margin note) absolutely more than OEM, and of course color is often off if you bought a 7- or 12-ink printer to produce art prints.
Now, if you check out a permanent ink flow solution (replacing the ink interface with a PIC and tubing from a source tank to your drilled cartridges) and get an ink curing technology in use, that might make some sense.

I think its based mainly on your decision.
If you want to buy new one then please view the reviews of all printer and cartridges.
And if you have limited budget then its good that you will go for refilling.

I always go for refilled cartridges,
Not they are only Cheaper but more eco friendly… as it reduces E-Waste.
HP is Dumb to make Cartridge so expensive (Rs 3350) and Difficult to refill.
Actually its All printers should use Canisters to refill the existing cartridge.
