Isn’t IE the only browser that allows you change it’s options and tools through more than a single way? still Firefox being a little closer, is a way better browser than Internet explorer. And IE has brought in the add-ons features too late, after most of the browsers making it to the next level already.

When I have to read a long story or news online, I always enabled Panopreter text-to-voice toolbar for Internet Explorer, then Microsoft Anna will read the story or news aloud, doing so can avoid eyestrain. Install and uninstall the application Panopreter Plus will also install or remove the toolbar.
