i have some doubt about wordpress
1> is it free like blogger if i use my own coustom domain
2> why it charge 15 $. if its free
3> is there any bandwidth limitation in free wordpress blog on a custom domain
4> what will be the effect on my search index .if i move my blog to wordpress
why i am choosing wordpress then blogger
i started with blogger and after being professional with it i found that wordpress is far superior then blogger
i choosed blogger because it was totally free
so sir please give some similarities and disimilarities so it will be more clear

Yes its free like blogger and they charge 15$ for the minimum services they offer. There seems to be no limitations on bandwidth but there are limits on the uploads space section.
