Videocon V7400After launching the first Android device which was dubbed as Videocon Zeus V7500, Videocon has now come up with another Android device which is named as V 7400. This version of Android device comes with slightly less features than compared with V7500. This handset makes place in a segment where there are countable numbers of Android smart phones. As seen earlier that Huawei IDEOS too comes in this same range. Out of the box this phone runs Android 2.1 Eclair operating system version and there is no confirmation on the Froyo 2.2 update for this mobile phone.

Specifications and Features
This phone sells itself as 3G phone but actually it’s not a FULL 3G phone as this phone doesn’t come with a front camera due to which 3G Video calls can’t be made, though data speeds match the 3G standard. This phone comes in two exciting colours Black and Silver.

This phone supports 16 GB of maximum support and can store practically unlimited phone book and sms entries. With a battery power of 1150Mah this phone promises to last for an approximate talk time of 4.5 hours or can stay up to 11 days on stand-by. This phone just costs under Rs. 9,000 which is Rs. 8,900.

In-Box contents and Bundle Offers
In box contents include a handset, charger, data cable, hands free kit, battery, wireless tethering guide, Application guide, Service centre directory, Warranty card and also the user manual. It doesn’t seem to be a phone worth the pricing. 3G and that normal screen are given by other brands at a lesser price, and Videocon itself isn’t a strong competitor in the market yet.

I strictly stay away from those Indian manufactured companies phones since it doesn’t last long. It just last not more than for 2 years because of its parts and so its priced lower comparatively to Nokia or Samsung or Sony Mobile handsets.
