TV on laptops are good idea if you traveling and would like to watch some shows or news. But it is true as well quality is not that great compare to regular TV.

Can I buy smallest USB TV card (1600/- on rediff) as I have normal hathway cable tv card which I use for my TV. Can this work with that or it is only for DTH transmission.
Also using this card, can I watch all channels or only free channels ?
