The house is a modern design in the Pacific lodge style, with classic features such as a large private library and a domed reading room. The house occupies 50,000 square feet (4,600 m²) on a 5.15 acre (2.1 ha) lot. Garage space and outbuildings may occupy an additional 16,000 square feet. Property records indicate eight bedrooms and four building levels. According to King County public records, as of 2005, the total assessed value of the property (land and house) is $135,758,168 and the annual property tax for 2006 is $1,012,321.[1] The address of the mansion is 1835 73rd Ave NE, Medina, WA 98039.
The lot was purchased in December 1988 for $2 million, and construction occurred over a period of seven and a half years with nominal completion in 1995. The house is located on the east end of the lot, which is located on a hill.

Bill Gates’, Mmm, Well’ If some people didnt know, He stole Steve Jobbs’s(Creator Of APPLE) ideas, by gaining his trust and in turn Jobbs gave three APPLE prototype machines to Gates, Which he then copied APPLES idea’s, changed and tweaked things, then when Jobbs thought he was about to make history, Gates released Microsoft Windows.
But’ Good on gates in a sense, I mean’ When the first computer fair was held to showcase these new machines the world had never seen, Gates atteneded’ with the intentions to sell himself and his ideas in Microsoft to APPLE. While approaching Jobbs at his stall Gates was turned a cold shoulder to, Jobbs never gave Gates the chance to explain his ideas. As of that moment’ APPLE became Microsoft’s #1 enemy and Gates took advantage of what he could to beat APPLE to market’….

Bill Gate is something. I have a lot of him, now seeing him I think of him so high. Whether he believes in God or not, I am sure God really blesses him a lot for his work and his contributions to millions of people, not counting the Bill Gates Foundation. For all those people who say Bill needs to donate to dying children in Africa need to be quiet. I dont see any of you donating your time or money and you expect him to do it even though he earn that money. If we all donated a little money and our time maybe our world wouldnt be like this but no people are too busy looking reading about other peoples homes and money and then getting online and telling Bill Gates what he needs to do with his money. The thing is , I have an idea, but no one will listen to me because I don’t have anything or am nobody. I am a 100% Cambodian, sponsored by a group of church in 1979, and have lived here in the US for over 30 years. The idea I have deamed of is, we are Khmer, who have a temple called Ankor Wat. This world monument santuary Temple/Ruin has attracted one Million tourists a year. Tourists would love to see it and explore in it. What if they can visit and gamble at the same time. The thing I don’t have the money to build or know anyone who would let me lend the money. Since you(Gates), is the man, well, can you build a replica of Ankor Wat here in Las Vegas, NV? This uniqued Temple will attract million of people, like the Egypt’s Paramid, MGM, Statue of Liberty and so on.
